Funding of $373,000 Secured for Mike Barnett Sporting Complex

WA Labor will allocate $373,000 to Mike Barnett Sporting Complex on Dixon Road and Goddare Street, Rockingham.
Funding includes $352,000 for resurfacing of the basketball courts and $21,000 for an electronic score board.
A McGowan Labor Government will invest in Community infrastructure, creating local jobs and strengthing communities.
A McGowan Labor Government will take a fresh approach to basketball and netball in the Rockingham area, allocating $373,000 to the multi-purpose sporting complex on tyhe corner of Dixon Road and Goddard Street.
The funding will include $352,000 for the complete resurfacing of the basketball courts to enable more basketball and netball games to be played at the facility and ensure all seven courts comply with occupational health and safety requirements.
