CONFLICT COMMITTEE POLICY
When the Association is notified of a serious breach of the rules, such as games abandoned, the matter will be referred to this committee.
Conflict Committee
The Committee will be made up of any three available Executive Members.
Process
Association Secretary will advise
1. The clubs concerned we are investigating a serious breach of "Zero Tolerance Policy" and require a written report from club, not exceeding 2 pages, re the matter. Anything more than 2 pages will not be read.
2. Advise the umpires a written report required on game.
3. All reports must be in by Wednesday following the incident/game.
Association Secretary will advise meeting time and place
4. Meet with clubs, individually (will be restricted to 1/2 hour for them to present their case)
5. Meet with the Umpires if necessary.
6. A decision will be made by the conflict committee and a recommendation to the full Executive regarding any action to be taken.
7. Clubs will be advised by letter the result of any investigation and action to be taken against them (if any).
8. Fixtures and Ladders will be updated on the website should teams be suspended or points taken away once any investigation has concluded.
