The crowd went wild on Wednesday the 23rd of September with another exciting game of netball between Tonga and Tokelau. Tonga was in the lead of the first two quarters of the game leaving Tokelau with one point behind. The scene that was seen at the world youth netball championship of the school were also seen at this match.
The school from Mangaia was there to give their moral support to their adopted country which said to be the loudest and crazy supporters by the spectators. However their support did not disappoint them when Tokelau came back in the third quarter strong and manage to take the lead by eight points.
The Mangaia supporters at this stage were standing up dancing and cheering for Tokelau. Every goal that makes the count, the whole crowd could hear their leader saying “thank you very much” or “you can do it girlfriend”. In the end Tokelau came out as the winner of the game with a total score of 42-36 Tonga.
