Given the concern raised at the AGM about non-receipt of notice papers, we have checked our records and have identified that of the people in attendance, the majority of notices were received and opened (IBA tracks this email activity) and this list has been sent independently to the registered email address of each of the attendees at the AGM.

Therefore, if you attended the AGM, should you not receive your email you will need to contact Ipswich Basketball and change your registered email address as it would appear that someone else may be receiving and/or opening your emails. 

There were four attendees for whom we do not have registered email addresses.
