After an extensive search and assessment process, the Hume City Broncos are very pleased to announce that Warren Taylor will take the reins of the Championship Womens program for 2013.

Warren is well known to the Broncos family, having coached in the junior and senior representative programs over a number of years. He was at the helm of the successful State Championship womens team in 2009, following on from steering the Craigieburn womens team to the Big V Division 2 Championship the season before.

In announcing the appointment, Vice President Glen Milner said “It’s great to have Warren back with Hume City. We have a connection that goes back to 1998 when Warren was the Assistant Coach of our developing senior womens team and, in many ways, our Club is at a similar stage now. We know we have great potential and a very talented new generation of players and we’re very excited about Warren leading this group to future success.”

The Lady Broncos group will assemble for their first pre-season session on 18 October, with Warren keen to ensure that preparations are geared toward a strong competitive effort in the highest level of Big V State basketball competition.
