The Central Highlands Regional State league kicks off tomorrow night and Llanberris Netball Centre in Ballarat, with the MCDFNL 17 & Under and Open aged girls looking to start the competition off on a positive note.
Training and preparation over the last few weeks has now been finalised as players and coaches prepare for their first game against Eureka.
Final squads have been announced with Friday nights teams to be decided tonight at the final training session. MCDFNL Netball President Debbie Weir said "the girls have been training well over the past few weeks and you can see the excitement start to grow within the group. Our girls are out there to win and represent the MCDFNL against some of the best netballers in the region."
The senior team, coached by Jayne Briody will start at 7:15pm. Squad members are:
Amanda Guthrie, Kimberley Roberts, Megan Krugar, Jess Parry, Jess Williamson, Caitlyn Murphy, Katrina Baulch, Krystal Fisher, Rachel Phelan, Leesa Donhardt, Julia Coates, Sarah Jenes, Sherridan Byrne, Shayla Bandy, Ash Lierich, Jasmine Coleman.
The 17 & Under squad coached by David Clausen and captained by Sophie McQuienn is as follows:

The season will run for a 6 week period with semi finals and a Grand Final to be played at the Wendouree netball centre on Sunday 24th March.
