FORMER Lexton Plains club Navarre suffered its first defeat in more-than 50 outings, being humbled on home turf by the rampant Royal Park.
While Navarre was able to kick the opening two goals in the low scoring contest, the Tigers bounced back to go in level at quarter time.
From there the visitors began to knuckle down, creating a five point buffer at half time before heading into the final term with the same advantage.
