Registration Forms
When transferring to another Club a player must de-register themselves on MFC and then complete the Cancellation form and give it to their Club.
The Club then signs it and gets it to the Competition Administrator and the player is then allowed to register with another club.
The Supplementary Form is used when a NIF player wants to play with a club as well as play with NIF. Once th eplayer is registered woth NIF, the form is completed and given to the players club with the money that covers the Club and FOOTBALL Tamworth levys.
