AT DCBC we strive to keep our coaches update to with current news and rules.

We want our coaches to have a understanding of the game past subbing players on and off.

We would like to develop all of our coaches from most junior little hands coaches through to our most senior coaches.

 

DCBC will endeavor to run various courses with the help of DVBA to increase our knowledge. Dates to be supplied.

 

As a start we have completed a coaches manual which will assist for those new to coaching and those who have coached for years. Keep an open mind look for new concepts and above all make sure the kids get the most from the game.  

 

As coaches we are bound by the Basketball Victoria code of conduct. Please adhere to it all times. Any breaches of the policy will be managed by DCBC and DVBA. Your behavior on and off the court is under scrutiny by all involved from officials, players and parents. Any breaches could lead to suspension.
