Kayak Fitness runs fitness training groups using kayaks which gives you the best low impact, core workout there is.
Kayak Fitness combine our sessions with beach running, stretches and exercises which gives you a fantastic all over workout while learning to paddle correctly at the same time.
You'll be inspired for the day when you see the sun rising over the Harbour as you train in our on water sessions.
Worth also mentioning a few familiar North Shore faces are already part of the Kayak Fitness sessions. It's a great experience and no previous kayak experience is needed.
