Victorian Netball LeagueSelection Dates 2015

It’s that time of year when VNL clubs start selecting for 2015. Many of the selections are coming up very soon, so please distribute this information amongst your clubs and representative players.

Players/Parents should be aware of the following procedures with regard to trialling;

- VNL Club trials will be held from Sunday 27th  July and Monday 22nd  September 2014.  Please refer to www.vnl.com.au or the individual club websites for further information.

- No player is to be “signed” to a club during this period.

- Players are encouraged to trial at other clubs during this time to maximise their chances of being selected in a VNL team.

- There should be no pressure from clubs for players to commit to a Club during the trials period.

- Once all club trials are finished, Clubs can offer places in teams.  No players are to be signed before 1st October 2014.

- The 2015 VNL player registration form will be made available on the VNL website on 1st  October 2014.

Please note:  Any player that is pressured or feels uncomfortable during the trials process should contact the Senior Competitions Coordinator – VNL at Netball Victoria on 9321 2211.

Please refer to www.vnl.com.au or the individual club websites for further information.

Kind regards

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
