Available to athletes of any age from juniors through to masters athletes Synergy Sports Performance is the only local exercise facility designed specifically with sporting people in mind. At Synergy Sports we use scientifically proven techniques and plans to develop periodised training programs that focus on the key aspects of sports performance such as the development of speed, power, agility and endurance.

All athletes are supervised by highly qualified strength and conditioning coaches to ensure that the loads used are appropriate and that all exercise technique is of the highest standard. All athletes will make their way through a structured program which begins with the development of fundamental movement patterns and largely involves the use of body weighted exercises. Only once the athlete displays mastery of these exercises will they begin with more difficult movement patterns involving weights. 

Our state of the art performance centre boasts Olympic lifting platforms with bumper weights, a running track with power sleds, squat racks and much more to help the athletes get the most out of their periodised training plan.
