Reserves – Victor Harbor versus Yankalilla – 23 May 2015
YOU BEAUTY – A well deserved win by the boys.
What we saw today was a fantastic team effort and the boys really shared the ball around. Our pressure and second efforts were outstanding.
Despite the great result, we now look forward to our continued improvement. We need to persist with our efforts at training to ensure we continue our improved ‘team work’ which will flow on to more wins and finals are definitely not out of the question.
WELL DONE BOYS.

Senior colts
Victor Harbor’s Extremely strong senior colt squad took the next step to being spectacular this week with the inclusion of four of our South Adelaide representatives. Round 7 brought Yankalilla to the roos home ground and Victor were looking to continue their great start to this season.
The Victor half of the scoreboard went into meltdown in the first half with 17 goals being kicked, with exciting team football on display.
Getting game time and experience in different positions to all players was the plan in the second half, with the magnets flying every player spent some time on the bench.
Victor finished the day with 27-11 with straight kicking being the feature for a second week in a row. Yankalilla managed just one point for the game mainly due to a very strong roo defence and a midfield that kept the ball going in one direction. Daniel Stock kicked 7, Lachlan Borillo and Jesse McKinnon (both back from South) kicked 6 and 4, Charlie Vincent 3, Brodie Whitbourne and Brad Borillo 2 were our multiple goal kickers on the day.
Victor travel to Willunga this week craving the competition after a couple of easy wins. With Willunga sitting second on the ladder behind the roos a challenge is guaranteed, and to the winner an early Premiership favouritism will go.
